Digital Products Sales & Usage Disclaimer

All Sales Final

All purchases are final. All digital products offered are sold as one-time, non-refundable purchases. No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason, except where required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and, to the extent permitted by law, you expressly waive any rights to withdrawal, cancellation, or refund.

License & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the digital products for personal, private, non-commercial use only.

Purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Prohibited Use

You may not, without prior written permission:

Copy, reproduce, download, record, modify, or create derivative works from the products
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or share the products in any form
Publicly perform, display, exhibit, broadcast, or stream the products
Upload, post, or transmit the products (in whole or in part) to any website, platform, or file-sharing service
Use the products for commercial, promotional, or institutional purposes

Any unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

All digital products, including all associated content (video, audio, text, scripts, characters, artwork, trademarks, and branding), are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of Canada, the United States, and applicable international treaties.

Unauthorized use may subject you to civil liability and/or criminal penalties.

No Warranties

The products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators, owners, distributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the purchase, access, or use of the products.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Canada and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, depending on the purchaser’s place of residence.

By purchasing, accessing, or using any of the digital products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer and all associated terms.
